Rutab Dates

The Sukkari variety comes from the Al Kassim region of Saudi Arabia. Harvested at mid-maturity, hence their nickname “rutab” which means wet, Sukkari dates have a soft and very melt-in-the-mouth texture. They are very rich in fibre.
